Jeffery is now in elementary school and is almost on his way to Jr. High. He is growing up so fast. He is now very active and never wants to stop playing. Jeffery is now getting a bit embarrassed by me and his characteristic is changing in a very fast way.

Jeffery is has now started elementary school and is very excited This is the first time that he will be evaluated by a formal system and even by our peers.
In the Competence vs. Inferiority stage Jeffery learns the pleasure of applying himself to tasks. If you lack in this stage you can develop inferiority complex which means that you feel bad about yourself for the rest of your life.
